Product categories: TV, refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners — 90%+ AI products. Subscription plans: "All-in-One" (product + free repair service + choice of Visit Care or Self Care, up to 60 months with dedicated AI Subscription Club Samsung Card, cancellation possible); "Smart" plan (product purchase + separate choice of free repair and care services, 36 or 60 months — product purchased lump sum or installment, care service cancellable anytime). Existing product owners can subscribe to care services only for up to 60 months. Care services: comprehensive product inspection, consumable replacement, interior/exterior cleaning. Distinctive feature: monthly "Care Reports" using SmartThings AI functions (device diagnostics, usage patterns, energy consumption) provided free monthly to subscribers; remote diagnostic and repair services (to be added).
