Hyundai AutoEver developed "H Chat," a generative AI-based conversational service, to improve work efficiency. Built on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI (AOAI) using OpenAI's GPT, H Chat supports employee work across software development tasks: unit test code generation (helping developers create reliable code); troubleshooting (identifying software error causes and suggesting solutions from complex error logs and code); code migration (converting code between programming languages); code review (verifying efficient code structure). H Chat also handles general work tasks: meeting minutes summarization; internal notices; email templates; translation supporting 6 languages (Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, German, French). Security design: communication security between internal networks and external LLMs prevents sensitive information leakage and re-training of internal materials; personal information automatically blocked even if accidentally entered. Integrated with Microsoft Teams for accessibility. Future plans: support multiple LLMs (Google Gemma, Anthropic Claude) in addition to OpenAI; develop industry-specific customized services (manufacturing, construction, finance) covering operations, incident response, maintenance, and new features for group-wide expansion. Hyundai AutoEver applies cutting-edge AI across core areas including vehicle SW platforms, navigation, smart factories, cloud, and enterprise IT.
