Turing, a leader in AI-based water resource management solutions, announced the successful completion of a $14 million funding round led by Safar Partners. The funding will accelerate Turing's global expansion and enhance its flagship AI-based platform TOP Clear (for water treatment and wastewater utilities) and proprietary SmartOps AI (for industrial processing). Unlike traditional SCADA or standalone analytics tools, Turing's solutions integrate seamlessly with all water management platforms, supporting real-time control/monitoring, advanced anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making across the entire water lifecycle.
Turing has received the Cleantech Group Award 25 for digital transformation of water networks and the Breakthrough Technology Company of the Year Award from Global Water Intelligence for ML algorithms achieving energy and chemical savings in desalination. Fund usage plans: (1) Enhance AI capabilities within TOP Clear and SmartOps AI; (2) Scale operations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East; (3) Accelerate R&D on next-generation predictive and autonomous water management; (4) Strengthen partnerships with utilities, industrial water users, and government agencies. CEO Hiep Le: "Our mission is to redefine how industry and municipalities manage water resources — the need for experimentation and AI-based real-time operational intelligence is greater than ever, and we are building this ROI." Safar Partners Managing Partner Nader Motamedy: "Turing uniquely combines AI, IIoT, and deep domain expertise to create a comprehensive platform that not only identifies inefficiencies but proactively optimizes water treatment and distribution."
