In the AI Era, Speed Changes Everything
AI creates leveling, but 'speed of execution' remains the human domain. The essence of the speed war: between fear and execution. Once seen as innovation icon, the 'brilliant idea' alone no longer suffices.

In the AI Era, Speed Changes Everything -- AI Creates Equalization, But Execution Speed Is the Human Domain: Once the icon of innovation was the sparkling idea. Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos startup myths were full of the message that brilliant ideas changed the world. They believed creativity and originality were the core weapons dominating the market. But in 2025 we increasingly feel: now ideas belong to everyone. As generative AI became mainstream, production of creative ideas is open to everyone -- ChatGPT and Claude and other large language models produce combinations and plans nobody had thought of within seconds. The execution speed argument: in a world where AI democratizes idea generation, the differentiator is no longer the quality of ideas but the speed of execution; companies and individuals that can rapidly test, iterate, and launch have structural advantage over those with better ideas that execute slowly; the psychological barrier of fear (what if it fails? what if it is not perfect?) is the primary impediment to execution speed; AI tools reduce the cost and time of each iteration, making rapid experimentation more economically viable than ever; the mindset shift from idea-hoarding to rapid execution is the core adaptation required for the AI era.
