IBK Industrial Bank of Korea (President Kim Seong-tae) announced on the 28th it will publicly recruit 170 new tellers for the first half of 2025 — 20 more than the 2024 first-half figure. Applications accepted February 27 through March 17 via IBK's recruitment website (ibk.incruit.com), with document review, written test, practical test, and interviews leading to final results announced in June across General Finance, Digital, and IT tracks. The bank will hold an online recruitment information session on March 4 via IBK's YouTube channel and conduct on-campus sessions at major universities for two weeks from March 5. IBK also conducts regular mid-year open recruitment for timely talent acquisition and plans youth internship recruitment (announcement expected late April) offering direct exposure to banking field work and projects with 'IBK Changong' innovative companies.
