Billboard Korea has partnered with law firm KCL (Representative Attorney Ko Ki-young) to strengthen transparency and fairness in Korea's cultural industry. Billboard Korea and KCL signed a strategic MOU on the 12th to provide practical legal support for entertainment industry players and create a transparent cultural industry environment.

Under the agreement, KCL — led by Representative Attorney Ko Ki-young (former Vice Minister of Justice) and specialists including attorneys Kim Young-min, Kim Beom-hui, Kim Min-gi, and Tae Seung-mo covering criminal, labor, and intellectual property law — will provide customized support for entertainment industry legal matters based on their experience advising major Korean companies and institutions.

Billboard Korea CEO Kim Yu-na stated: "This partnership aims to create a fair legal environment in the entertainment industry and contribute to building a trustworthy business infrastructure." KCL Representative Attorney Ko Ki-young added: "Legal stability in the cultural industry directly connects to industrial competitiveness — this partnership is expected to contribute to healthy growth of the entertainment industry." The two parties plan to focus on strengthening legal support within the entertainment sector and providing reliable legal assistance to industry practitioners.
